RAIN FURY KILLS SECURITY GUARD IN CITY

The heavy rains that lashed the Mysore city for the second day yesterday caused more havoc and also claimed a life. The unfortunate victim has been identified as Y.P. Murthy, a resident of Kumbarakoppal and son of late Puttaswmachari.He was working as a security guard at Hotel Rajabhojana, opposite Vikrant Tyres.The tragedy struck when Murthy was returning home after duty hours yesterday night.
