Kongamano la Kutathmini Matokeo ya Elimu, Mwanafunzi Awaliza Wazazi


 
Aziza Mohammed mwanafunzi aliyeathirika kufutiwa matokeo yake ya mtihani wa kidatu cha nne aliacha simanzi kubwa ukumbini baada ya kueleza masikitoko yake ya kufutiwa mitihani na kuelezea jeshi la polisi lilivyowanyanyasa wakati wlaipopanga kuandamana kupinga matokeo hayo ambapo licha ya kupata kibali cha maandamano lakini jeshi la polisi liliingilia kati na kuwatawanya kwa kuwarushia mabomu ya machozi na kuwanyanyasa huku wengine wakipigwa na kutupwa katika gari la polisi hivi karibuni, lakini Aziza aliwalaumu wazazi wa wanafunzi hao ambao walishindwa kuwaunga mkono watoto wao katika hilo pamoja na kuwalaumu waandishi wa habari kwa kushinda kuwapa coverage katika tukio hilo


BAADHI ya wazazi ambao watoto wao wamefutiwa matokeo ya mitihani ya kidato cha nne visiwani Zanzibar wanakusudia kulifikisha mahakamni Baraza la Mitihani la Tanzania (NECTA) kwa kutoa adhabu hiyo kinyume cha sheria.

Wazazi hao walitoa kusudia hilo mjini hapa jana katika wakati wa mjadala uliowashirikisha wadau mbali mbali wa sekta ya elimu na wanaharakati kujadili uamuzi wa Necta wa kuwafutia matokeo wanafunzi 3,303 kutoka Tanzania bara na Zanzibar na kuwazuia kufanya mitihani kwa muda wa miaka mitatu.

Ameir Hassan Ameir alisema pamoja na kuchukua hatua za kisheria dhidi ya baraza hilo , kuna haja kwa wananchi visiwani humo kuitisha maandamano makubwa kupinga kufutwa kwa matokeo hayo na kushinikiza kuondolewa kwa dhabu dhidi ya wanafunzi.


Akipinga taarifa ya Necta kwamba mitihani hiyo imefutwa kwa sababu ya udanganyifu uliofanywa na wanafunzi, Ameir alisema baraza limeshindwa kuthibitisha udanganyifu huo na hivyo haliwezi kujiondoa katika kashfa ya kuvuja mtihani.

Alisema kushindwa kwa Katibu Mtendaji wa Necta, Joyce Ndalichako kutoa maelezo juu ya idadi na majina ya wananfunzi waliofutiwa mitihani kutoka kila upande wa Muungano, kumeibua hisia kwamba Tanzania bara imeandaa njama za kuua elimu elimu Zanzibar .



“Necta wanayo majina ya shule na namba za shule zote za Zanzibar , hivyo si kweli kwamba hawajui majina ya wanafunzi waliofutiwa mitihani,” alisema Ameir huku akihoji uwepo finyu wa ushiriki wa Zanzibar katika muundo wa Bodi ya Wakurugenzi wa Necta.

Kwa mujibu wa taarifa zilizopatikana wakati wa mjadala huo, bodi ya Necta ina wajumbe 14 na kati ya hao sita wanatoka upande wa Zanzibar .

“Sisi tuna uchungu na Zanzibar yetu, kuvuja kwa mitihani na watoto kufutiwa mitihani ni matokeo ya kero za Muungano. Adhabu ya miaka mitatu itawapotezea watoto wetu muda wa kusoma, Wazanzibari tuungane tulishtaki Necta,” alisema.

Ali Hassan, Mkuu wa zamani wa Wilaya ya Kati, Mkoa wa Kusini Unguja alisema ingawa Necta imeshindwa kutoa idadi ya wanafunzi waliathirika na uamuzi wa kufutwa matokeo, anaamini asilimia kubwa wanatoka upande wa visiwani wa Muungano.

Alisema maelezo ya Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa Necta mbele ya mkutano na waandishi wa habari Februari 14 mjini hapa yanapaswa kusikilizwa tu na mtu asiyejua chochote na kuongeza kuwa kwa hatua hiyo: “ Mama Ndalinacho amefeli astep down.” Akiwa na maana aachie ngazi.

Faisal Mohamed, ambaye pamoja na Ali walisema ni miongoni mwa waathirika wa watoto wao kufutiwa mtihani alisema alivishambulia vyombo vya habari na Serikali ya Mapinduzi Zanzibar (SMZ) kwa alichoeleza kuwa kushindwa kuandika kwa kina habari za kashfa ya mitihani na kupokea kutoka Necta na kusaini taarifa bila kudadisi maelezo ya baraza hilo juu ya utata wa matokeo na hatua zilizochukuliwa dhidi ya wanafunzi.

Hata hivyo walalamikaji wote hawakueleza kusudio la kulishtaki baraza litatekelzwa kwa sheria, lakini walisema chini ya makosa ya jinai ni kinyume cha sheria kutoa hukumu ya jumla kwa kosa ambalo ni la mtu mmoja mmoja. They sang, they cried and they remembered Whitney Houston, the soulful singer who once wowed the congregation at New Hope Baptist Church in New Jersey, before she became a music icon, and a worldwide sensation.
Some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry joined Houston’s friends and family for her funeral at the same church where she first made her name, to remember the life of the woman who sold millions of albums during her life, and touched millions more with her booming voice.“You wait for a voice like that for a lifetime,” said music mogul Clive Davis.”
The funeral service ended with one of Houston’s most popular songs, “I Will Always Love You” filling the air in the packed church.

Some of the celebrities invited to say their final goodbyes to Houston included Tyler Perry, Jennifer Hudson, Kevin Costner, Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, and Oprah Winfrey.
“We are here today, hearts broken but yet with God’s strength we celebrate the life of Whitney Houston,” Rev. Joe A. Carter told mourners inside the church.The funeral started around noon with a choir singing to the packed room of mourners.
Houston’s biggest fans were able to mourn the singer by following the funeral live on the Internet, with the Associated Press streaming it on Live Stream.
Just after 12 p.m. Saturday more than 100,000 were viewing the live stream of the singer’s funeral.
The farewell to Houston comes just one week after she died in her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. She was discovered underneath the water inside a bathtub. EMT’s pronounced her dead after they were unable to revive her.
Houston, who was 48 when she died last week, was scheduled to perform at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy Awards party that night.
Her death also came one day before the Grammy’s, which is considered music’s biggest night. During the awards show, Hudson sang Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” in a moving tribute to the powerful singer.
Mourners were handed a program at the funeral, that included a letter published by Houston’s, mother, Cissy Houston, who wrote:
